Glossary

A unique set of characters identifying an Online Access user. User IDs must be at least 8-32 characters long and include two letters and two numbers. User IDs are case sensitive and cannot include spaces. Special characters including a a pipe, a backslash, a greater-than symbol, or a less-than symbol cannot be used.
