Glossary

A sequence of characters that you must input to gain access to Online Access. An Online Access password is case sensitive and must include at least one letter and one number. It must be at least 8 characters in length and cannot include more than 32 characters. It cannot include a space, a comma, a back slash, a single or double quotation mark, a less than or greater than sign, or an accent mark.

A company or organization that sends you a bill, invoice, or statement, usually a request for payment for a product or service.

A description you assign to identify a payee.

The group that you assign to a payee during setup.
